Let there be Light(s) – upgraded headlights, fogs, driving lights, rear fogs, and license plate light bar

So, so many light upgrades at once.

This is a brief retrospective post, done more than a month after the fact for some of these parts, but here are the new lights:

For the headlights themselves, I found an astonishingly good deal on some German FK Angel Eyes:

The fog lights are Hella FF75’s, and though they are not installed yet, I have matching FF75 driving lights I will figure out how to install into the upper grill:

The rear fogs are wired to a switch as well, which makes a HUGE difference for horrible weather conditions:

The haloes on the angel eyes are done with Italian LEDs made for this application, and make the car look damned good:

Finally, the CFL I installed as the replacement rear plate light puts out a LOT of light and I like:

A brief, photo-essay retrospective on a LOT of work done – but my driving at night has been a delight, as well-aimed glass light fixtures make the road very easy to see.
